PMF Biblical Seminary was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on June 25, 2025, through the leadership of Bishop Roberto M. Suarez, PMF Executive Director. It was established to serve and unify all PMF Bible schools across the provinces of the Philippines.

The seminary exists to provide sound biblical education, spiritual formation, and ministerial training to individuals who are called to serve in the work of God. It is committed to equipping pastors, leaders, and believers with a deeper understanding of the Scriptures, fostering Christ-centered character, and developing effective ministry skills.

Through its programs and teachings, PMF Biblical Seminary Inc. seeks to raise up faithful servants who will proclaim the Gospel, disciple communities, and contribute to the growth of the Church both locally and globally. Grounded in biblical truth and guided by the Holy Spirit, the seminary upholds its mission to nurture spiritual maturity, academic excellence, and servant leadership among its students.
